Celebrating Book Week

LI: To create a tally chart that celebrates book week.

In LS2, there were ten pieces of paper holding questons linking to reading. By doing and completing this task, we are celebrating book week at Panmure Bridge School.

The questions we were asked were 'How many times od you read for fun each week?', 'what is your favourite fairytale?', 'what is your favourite book?', who is your favourite illustrator?', 'who is your favourite author?', 'what is your favourite genre?', 'who is your favourite character?', 'what stops you reading?', and 'do yo like reading n your own time?'.

Everyone in this class answered the questions that we were given and they were announced anonymously. When we were given the information, we used what we understood to create a tally chart on the given answered.

I enjoyed this activity and found it very easy because I am familiar with creating tally charts based off of statistical information.
