Kiwican | Emotions
LI: To understand emotions
It is important to understand emotions and how other people feel so that you can support them in the right ways. We learned about different emotional meanings and how in some situations your actions can affect other peoples feelings.
Energizer - Emotional Intensity
2 people have one card that says an emotion. etc sad and had to find other people that link with the same feeling. For example: Sad and depressed link together. After finding all four or more people that link with your emotion, we had to put the feelings together on the floor leveled how intense it was. Example: Smiling, happy, giggling and laughing would be the intensity level for the positive feelings.
Activity - Roleplay (Different feelings)
In groups, we were given a card we had to read. The card involved a situation and we had to act it out like a play. Each situation was based on a specific type of emotion, like confused for example. There were 5 acts/roleplays.
