Dads lost phone

My dad has lost his phone again. It’s not on the table. He says if we don’t find his phone then he’ll be late for work. My dad has lost his phone again. A giant hunt is on. We’ve cleaned out the living room. Who knows where it is travelled. My dad has lost his phone again. We have searched the bathroom a hundred times but nothing has appeared. The angry look on dad’s face is now such a frown. My dad has lost his phone again. There’s no place we’ve not searched. My sister’s searched but only found a long lost smelly holiday suitcase. My dad has lost his phone again. I’ve scrubbed the bathroom too. No phone in the toilet and no phone in the shower. My dad has lost his phone again. Now my brothers begin to look. Victory at last. Dad’s found it ringing in his bag.

They have scales and their skin is smooth and dry. Snakes often shed their skin when they grow.They don’t have eyelids,and they hear with their tongue.Snakes are legless.Snakes are limbless and some are dangerous.

Snakes can be found in tropical regions,deserts and sometimes by swamps and tall grass areas.They can be found almost everywhere except Antarctica.

Snakes are carnivores.They eat rodents,birds,frogs,small deers and insects. Snakes eat each other.Some Snakes can swallow their prey whole.Snakes can eat prey that are  bigger than their head.

I chose a Snake because they fascinate me.

Hockey

Hockey

On Monday at school I walked  to the school hall joyfully to learn how to play hockey.I was so excited because I have never ever played hockey before. We needed a hockey stick that was the same size or shorter than my belly button.I wanted to choose a blue or green one but they were all big.I had to grab a shorter one because I was the smallest one in the class.

First we played a warm up game called Rob the Nest.We used hockey sticks,hoops and hockey balls.We put all the balls in the center hoop for the next round.We each had a hockey stick and a nest. We had to use the hockey stick to control the balls one at a time.The team that had the most was the winner.

Then we got taught to dribble a hockey ball and control it with our body and stick .We also learnt to stop the ball by dribbling the ball and turning the hockey stick to the front  to stop the ball.

Next we learnt to juggle a hockey ball. We juggled the ball by using the straight side of the hockey stick to bounce the ball and catch it. We had to at least bounce it three times and catch with our left hand.

Finally at the end of the lesson we played a real game of hockey.The  green and yellow team  played against the blue & orange team. All of us had been given a number. When the hockey teacher called a number the people with the same number had to go against the other team number. The teacher called out three numbers and if the number was yours you had to go against the other number.”I felt tired and pooped but it was AMAZING!!!’

It was like going to a theme park, but if we made it FANTASTIC!That was my day at hockey.

  

It was wildly amazing.

You should always try something new before you walk away!.

Wild Cat:  Character Study

Wild cat is mysterious because we do not get to know much about him.He is also cunning because he made a deal with the woman. She had to say 3 prays about him so he could,go into the cave ,sit by the fire and drink warm milk.He is also inquistive because he followed the wild dog because he wanted to know more of what he was doing.

I liked doing cartwheels My favourite game was the  4 corners I also liked doing the forward rolls	I found touching my toes to my head hard Doing a straddle and crawling forward was very very hard.	Gymnastics  was very helpful because it helped make me flexible and it improved my fitness levels.Gymnastics helped me learn how to work together as a team. .It made me learn from other people as well.
